Spinach: 200 gram (finely chopped)
Milk - 1 cup
Cornflour powder: 1 tbsp
Oil  : 3 tbsp
Tip: You can use any oil. I use olive oil

Procedure:

1. Heat 2tbsp of oil in a pressure cooker. Slice the onions. Put the onion, cardamom, cloves, peppercorns, cinnamon stick, bay leaf, ginger, garlic and the chicken bones.
2. Cook for 10 minutes or till the chicken is done.
3. Add 1 litre water. Close the lid and leave on high flame for 6-7 whistles.
4. Now put it on low heat for half an hour.
5. Strain the soup in a pan. Remove the flesh from the bone and leave it aside.
6. Put the pan with the clear soup and add milk and cornflour.
Tip: Never put the cornflour powder directly in your food. It will form lumps. Mix the cornflour in little water and then add it in the soup.
7. Start by adding little cornflour and add more depending upon how thick you want your soup.
8. Put salt and black pepper powder as per your taste. Also, put the flesh that you have separated before.
9. In a separate pan, put the remaining 1 tbsp of oil and saute the spinach.
10. Now put the spinach in the soup, boil for 1-2 minutes.

Your soup is ready to serve. this recipe serves 2 bowls. Enjoy warm soup in the winter.

Tip: When you have cold, you can drink the clear soup without adding milk, cornflour or spinach. Just add salt and pepper powder. The chicken clear soup provides comfort and helps in cold.
